Parties, parties....

Tomorrow is the 2nd Bridal Shower! I'm looking forward to visit with the family!

I still not finished assembling the invitations because I was busy most of the evenings this week. But my girlfriend, Jamie is going to help me assemble them on Sunday. I should be mailing them out next week which is a pretty good time.

I am going to run a hair "trial" to see what hairstyle would look good on me. A friend's sister is willing to give it a try so I'm trying to make an appointment with her. She was available this Saturday but I'll be gone for the most portion of the day because of the shower. So I'm awaiting a response and see if we can try another weekend or something in the evening. I probably will try "The Hair Place" where I had my hair done for Jamie's wedding and I was impressed on how well they did my hair, except the fact with over 60 bobby pins in my hair. Which was quite painful!! That's why I made a commitment that on my wedding day, NO bobby pins, or at least almost none. A few to hold hair up is fine, but NO more than 10 bobby pins! :-)

I think for the weekends from now til wedding day will be busy busy busy! Something always comes up while planning a big wedding!

Stephen is graduating from University of Nebraska at Omaha next Friday! So there'll be a party or two for him. Not much details now, but it's in the process. Steve will be TDY which means, going on a business trip to the beautiful San Diego, without me! :( He'll be leaving Sunday and he'll return late Thursday night. Then the next day, he'll have to get up early to get his Cap and Gown and get ready to graduate!

I thought this diary would be a great idea to help me vent and also help me remember of what I need to do up to the wedding day! Thank you Fred for setting this up for us. I will do my best to try to write every day or at least every day!

So, the big day is about 11 weeks away! I'm at a point where I feel like there is something I need to do, but there isn't anything right now. However, the biggest thing I have to finish by August 21 is the wedding invitations. They have all been assembled and everything. It just need to be addressed and stamped. I will most likely work on that tonight since I do not have class. There's a bridal shower coming up this Saturday and it'll be in Neleigh, Nebraska which is about 2 and half, 3 hours away from here.

Well, this is all I can think to write about.... for now.

I now must get to work!

Well i must say i'm getting pretty excited. Only 80 days, 20 hours, 29 minutes, 33 seconds until the wedding day comes, this is how I intend to spend my time!
