Our Story
We met in August of 2003 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. On the first day of the fall term we were introduced by a mutual friend, who was Colleen's sign language interpreter for a class we were in together. I started giving Colleen rides in the morning to the main campus so that she wouldn't have to take the shuttle bus.
After a few months of getting to know one another, I worked my legendary charm (and incredible good looks -- see above) on Colleen by taking her on our first date to a bowling alley and dinner at Wendy's restaurant. After many (much nicer) dates, a few trips, studying and playing, I finally popped the big question in February of 2005... And Colleen said yes! We purchased a house together in June of the same year and are now preparing for the next big step.
